No, all you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump. No gym required. - What do the workouts look like?
Crossrope workouts consist of various combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises that target calorie burn, strength building, and endurance improvement. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period according to your subscription terms.
